E1U Life: A Ponzi Scheme Disguised as AI Innovation – And Look Who’s Behind It!

Introduction: The Scam Playbook Never Changes

If you’ve followed my work as The Crypto Ponzi Scheme Avenger, you already know that scammers never quit. They just slap a new name on an old scheme, sprinkle in some AI buzzwords, and start the recruitment cycle all over again.

Enter E1U Life, the latest Ponzi disguised as an “AI-powered” business opportunity. It’s being pushed by notorious scammers Marshonda Henderson and Shadrack Sure—two people who have a history of promoting fraudulent get-rich-quick schemes.

And now, thanks to new information from BehindMLM, we also know that David Golden is running the show—a guy with a direct link to serial fraudster Dwayne Golden, who just pled guilty to wire fraud and money laundering.

With this lineup of criminals behind it, I don’t even have to investigate whether E1U Life is a scam. The association alone tells me everything I need to know.

Who’s Running E1U Life? The Shady Golden Connection

The E1U Life website conveniently hides any mention of who actually runs the company. This is a huge red flag because legit businesses proudly display leadership details. But digging deeper, we find the man behind the curtain:

David Golden: The Latest Fraudster in the Game

David Golden is listed as E1U Life’s owner and CEO in their marketing videos. A look at his LinkedIn profile shows he’s based in Florida, and his past “business experience” includes two notorious scams:

  • CoinLogiq – A collapsed Bitcoin ATM scheme that targeted Colombia.
  • Ingreso Cybernetico – A collapsed MLM pyramid scheme that operated for a few years before falling apart.

And here’s where things get even more interesting

Dwayne Golden: The Convicted Scammer Behind the Curtain?

Both CoinLogiq and Ingreso Cybernetico were run by Dwayne Golden, a serial Ponzi scammer who was indicted in 2022 and pled guilty in 2024 to wire fraud and money laundering.

  • He’s already agreed to forfeit $2.46 million.
  • Sentencing is expected soon.
  • The CFTC has civil fraud charges against him.

So is David Golden related to Dwayne Golden? We can’t say for sure, but given that David was deeply involved in Dwayne’s schemes for nearly a decade, we can confidently say:

  • David Golden has been part of a criminal enterprise for years.
  • E1U Life is just the latest scam from the same fraud network.
  • Even if Dwayne Golden isn’t officially involved, E1U Life follows the same illegal playbook.

How E1U Life Actually Works (Or Doesn’t Work At All)

E1U Life pretends to be an AI-powered marketing platform. But like every scam, the real business model is recruitment, not product sales.

The 1-Up Pyramid Scheme

E1U Life runs a 1-Up comp plan, meaning that:

  • Every second person you recruit gets passed up to your upline.
  • You must “buy in” at each tier to qualify for commissions.
  • There are six buy-in tiers, ranging from $5 to $500.

Translation? You’re paying to play in a pyramid scheme where the only way to make money is by recruiting more people.

The 2×3 Matrix Cycler (Classic Gifting Scam)

On top of the pyramid scheme, E1U Life runs a matrix gifting system—a highly illegal structure where:

  • You pay to enter a matrix.
  • New recruits fill your spots until you “cycle” to the next level.
  • The higher you go, the bigger the payouts.
  • But if recruitment slows, the entire system collapses.

There are six tiers for buy-ins:

  • $25, $100, $500, $1000, $4000, $8000.
  • Payouts range from $175 to $56,000.

The only way these payouts happen? New victims pouring money in. There is NO actual product revenue funding this.

Why the Promoters Confirm It’s a Scam

If you needed more proof that E1U Life is 100% a Ponzi scheme, just look at who is promoting it.

Marshonda Henderson: The MLM Queen of Fraud

If you’ve seen Marshonda Henderson pushing something, you can bet your life it’s a scam. Her resume of fraud includes:

  • Trage Technologies Limited – A fake crypto arbitrage platform shut down by Texas regulators for making fraudulent claims of 36% monthly returns.
  • BizNet College – A phony educational platform that was just another MLM recruitment scheme.
  • E1U Life – The latest scam she’s backing, proving she hasn’t learned a thing from her previous frauds.

Shadrack Sure: The Serial Ponzi Promoter

Shadrack Sure is another career scammer who has promoted multiple Ponzi schemes, including E1U Life. His pattern is always the same:

  1. Jump onto the next hot MLM scam.
  2. Recruit as many people as possible before it collapses.
  3. Disappear when it inevitably implodes.

These bottom feeders don’t care how much money people lose. They just hop from one Ponzi to the next, cashing in on false hope and desperation.

Final Thoughts: Get Out While You Can

E1U Life checks every box for being an illegal Ponzi scheme:

  • No real products—Just “AI credits” as a smokescreen.
  • Recruitment-based earnings—If new people stop joining, it collapses.
  • Fake income claims—$25 magically becomes $175? Give me a break.
  • Run by known scammers—David Golden is following in Dwayne Golden’s criminal footsteps.
  • Promoted by Ponzi pushers—Marshonda Henderson and Shadrack Sure are in deep.

If you’re already in E1U Life, get out before it collapses. The only people making money are at the top.

If you’re thinking of joiningwake up. It’s a scam. It will collapse. You will lose money.

And when it does? David Golden, Marshonda Henderson, and Shadrack Sure will already be off launching the next Ponzi.

Don’t be their next victim. Stay smart. Stay safe. And stay the hell away from E1U Life.
