We currently are living in Northwood at Waterford Avenue. After being here for 5 years the landlord (Wendy Sun) is letting her parents move into the house.

We are a professional couple looking for a modern home.

Currently we need to be out of the house that we are living in by 5 March.

We currently are living in Northwood at Waterford Avenue. After being here for 5 years the landlord (Wendy Sun) is letting her parents move into the house. We really enjoyed the neighbourhood and we would love to stay in the area if we could.

We are two professionals that work from home.

Helen have a 16-year-old boy (Lachlan). Ideally we would like to be in zone to Papanui High School, however this is not a dealbreaker. 

We have a small dog who is 11 years of age. He does not shed any fur & his name is Apple iDog. Apple is a Schnoodle, he’s very friendly and doesn’t bite or chase cats, in fact they chase him. He even has his own Facebook page (The Schnoodle, a cross between a Miniature Schnauzer and a Miniature Poodle)

Ideal property and budget

Max budget $550-650

3 to 4 bedroom or spacious living room with two bedrooms.

Ideally we would like modern or new

2 Car Garage

Why we are ideal tenants

Between us we have owned nine properties and we now find ourselves on the other side of the property market. We want to make this our home, we will treat it like our own. We don't smoke and we are professionals and enjoy working from home as a couple. We also have great references from our current property managers Iron Bridge who have been awesome and helping us to date.

We really would appreciate some assistance as we are finding it quite difficult to get a place to call our home.
